Introduction

At Granada Cranes, we pride ourselves on delivering bespoke lifting solutions tailored to meet the unique demands of our clients. Our recent project with Cosentino UK, a leading supplier in the construction and design sector, showcases our ability to design, manufacture, and install state-of-the-art crane systems. This project demonstrates why Granada Cranes is a trusted name in the industry.

Project Overview

Cosentino UK approached us with the need for cranes capable of handling heavy loads with precision and consistency across their facility. Following site visits to determine feasibility and requirements, we designed and built the following crane systems in our Granada Cranes factory before transporting and installing them on-site:

The Installation Process

  1. Site Visits and Feasibility Studies
Our team conducted initial site visits to assess the facility’s layout, operational requirements, and feasibility of the installation. This step was crucial in ensuring the final design met Cosentino UK’s needs.
  2. Design and Manufacturing
The cranes were built at Granada Cranes’ state-of-the-art factory, leveraging advanced engineering techniques to deliver high-performance systems.
  3. Transportation and Installation
Once completed, the cranes were transported to Cosentino’s facility. Our skilled technicians installed and commissioned the systems, ensuring precise alignment and optimal functionality.
  4. Training and Handover
We provided comprehensive training for up to 4 Cosentino team members to ensure safe and efficient operation of the new crane systems.

Key Benefits

  • Customised Design: The cranes were tailored to meet Cosentino’s specific lifting requirements, enhancing productivity and workflow.
  • Increased Efficiency: High-performance features, such as dual-speed motors and advanced control systems, ensure smooth and precise operations.
  • Enhanced Safety: Features like electronic overload protection, travel indicators, and a radio control system prioritise operator safety.
  • Branded Aesthetics: Cranes branded in Cosentino’s colours and logos reinforce their corporate identity while maintaining functionality.
