Call us or complete the repair request form. We’ll arrange collection or provide our depot address for you to send the unit.

Diagnose

Our engineers inspect the unit, diagnose the fault, and provide a repair quotation. No charge if you don’t proceed.

Repair

On approval, we carry out the repair using genuine or quality equivalent parts. Most repairs completed within 5-7 working days.

Test & Return

Fully functional tested before return. Repairs carry warranty. We can arrange delivery or you collect.
